We have all heard it before, network marketing doesn't work!! The sad truth is this that, is true, net WORK marketing does not work. Work to many of us, who do a lot of it and only end up with a little bit left after it's all said and done hate the word work, and quite frankly we hate working in general. So of course someone will join, get the wrong idea, and quit because they think working is going to get them no where the same way as their job is getting them no where now.....or lack there of.
So let's change the name. When people are engaged with the Stock Market, they don't say, "I'm working the Stock Market", they say, "I'm playing the stock market". The distinction in these two words is very powerful. When you go into something like it's a game, your goal is to win. When you are a playing a game, you are having fun with the intention of winning. We don't just stop playing our game and walk off, we stay to the very end. We take every hop on the game board, we touch every base on the baseball field, we shoot every available basket on the basketball court, and we play with energy and excitement. So let's start playing the net market. Find a business that excites you, one that you think will do really well. It doesn't matter if anyone else thinks your business is not the best, you must believe it is the best so that you can "invest" the proper amount of time into your business. Understand the compensation plan and play your compensation plan. What is required of you in order to win. How many hurdles are their, and how high are they? When you play the game the way the compensation plan says to play it, and you play all the way to the end you will have fun. The sad thing is there are so many people in network marketing who probably could not even tell you what the ranking order is and how you get there, plus any additional bonus opportunities. Just remember the one who reads the game board instructions, usually wins the game.
