It is 10am Monday morning and I'm ready to have a good week. This week will be about planned activity. Activity is key to accomplishing goals, any goals being short term or long term. If we don't put forth the activity we will never see our desired results.
Activity needs to be planned out with intention. If we are planning on eating healthy we have to shop smart. if we are planning on selling products and services we need to expose our product s and services to a set number of prospects daily.
We should be planning our days the night before so that we can start our day off with intention.
If we have the best of intentions we can enjoy the best results.
